Yesterday ran away swiftly into that place we shall now refer to as the past. While she was with us, she laughed and played and in some cases shed a tear, yet nothing, no enticement, no coaching, no promise could hold her… she lingered until around midnight and just danced herself out of sight. Her voice carrying in the winds of the night trilled, “I’ll send to you my sister, she is called today. Enjoy her to the fullest , laugh with her, pray with her, plan with her, but do it with expediency, for I warn you, she will not linger long.” Always remember this simple thought, moments count.
Poison pen

It isn’t the pen that is poison,
Nor the hand that wields it.
It’s the evil mind entertaining the thought,
And the wicked heart that feels it.

Chandi encouraged me to start a blog to share my thoughts and the many writings in my journals.
Dena agreed and urged me to do it now, Ma.
Rob forced the issue by posting my blog on facebook…
OK kiddies . I get it…here I go.
Reflections
I saw a reflection in my eyes
a man, his heart in deep disquise
he laughed and joked for all to see
yet he was bound, he was not free
You have the key, what is it worth?
to help this man, this child of earth
to reach him with a healing touch
a moment of time cost not so much.
Hide your heart, your greedy heart
refuse to help or be a part
you’ll gain a debt that only pays
in lonely, lengthy nights and days
Hide and seek or seek and hide
in pain alone, you can’t confide
you closed the door to perfect rest
you pleased yourself, you failed your test.
