Shall I brush the sky with color?
Shall I cause the winds to blow?
Shall I walk thru the shadows,
and by these My glory show?
Shall I dance amongst the flowers?
Shall I cause a bird to fly?
Shall I raise a mighty oak tree
For her seed to fall and die?
Shall I flood the earth with water,
Just to show what I can do?
Shall I shake the earth with tremors,
Just to prove that I am true?
Shall I prove my existence
By great miracles, not a few,
Or shall I hope that by your actions,
Men see God alive in you.
If I speak a word of kindness.
If I help set someone free.
If I live in God’s pure radiance,
Then His light will shine thru me.
If the nature of a Holy God is my pattern, if his truth is my guide, the world will see the light of God in me.

What a beautiful poem, Loda. It was a real encouragement to me to let everything I do today be a way for God’s light to shine through. So missed seeing you, but we were blessed by our short time with Roy and Dena. Camp was great in that we got to so freely share the Lord with lots of kids in great need, (but then aren’t we all!) Looking back, I can see many instances where God’s presence was evident. Our director’s wife was praying that if God didn’t choose to give us cooler weather that He’d give us good attitudes and fortitude, and He did! Everytime I felt a breeze, it was a reminder that He was going to take us through the heat of the day.
So glad you have this opportunity to share what God’s putting in your heart. I love it, and you too. Deb
