Resignation
It is with great hopes for the future, I now tender my resignation and leave my position as a member of the Woe Is Me Foundation.
I will say in the years I served on the board, I was privileged to be a part of an organization, meeting regularly, accomplishing nothing, discouraging many, almost to the degree of self destruction. I had veered from the perfect alignment designed by my creator, indulging in self pity which is selfishness.
I have made this decision with careful consideration, and confess I felt no great consternation viewing the sad woeful expressions of the other members in the room.
I do not grieve for those I’m leaving behind, remembering how much they enjoy their hopeless and pitiful state of mind.
So much nicer to hear the birds sing, count stars in a midnight sky and feel the simple joy of being alive!
